Mindful Belly Dance is a gentle movement meditation class that uses the essence of basic Belly Dance movements and unique music to stretch, release and flow and for the purpose of balancing our bodies, mind and spirit.
Levels do not exist in this class. Everyone is welcome.
In my 15+ years of teaching Belly Dance, I have experienced how impactful basic belly dance movements can be to our well being. Little by little I've formulated combinations and techniques to help us focus attention on areas of our body that often times are neglected or tense.
