In today's fast-paced world, where stress and anxiety seem to be ever-present, it becomes crucial for people of all ages to seek moments of stillness, self-connection and pure fun! And yes, they can be done simultaneously!

Belly Motions celebrated our 12 year anniversary this past Saturday, March 4, with a spectacular and vibrant theater show. "Oriental Fantasy" was a unique and unforgettable experience! Check out the fun backstage and post-show photos. 

This past weekend at Lebanese + Egyptian Love Affair III was jam-packed, physically draining and ultra fun! It was an all-in-one event  with all my passions placed together – dance, art, learning, and making friends!

Hello November...!! Remembering the many fun things from October and getting ready for this November! From photoshoot's to Painting Parties and a special Sister Duet Theater performance at Caravan of Dancers IV! 

De-constructing to re-construct was a valuable and required lesson that you learned in art school, something that's good to do in any field of work. It's a scary feeling at first if you're not sure if you should do that to your bra or not, but once you start, it's like opening holiday or birthday presents. I become a child with butterflies in my belly!
